This website is operated by AvGeekBox, which provides monthly subscription services and products for one-time purchase.

  • For Subscriptions: Payments are recurring. Your first box is charged at the time of purchase. All subsequent renewals will be drafted on the 1st of each month.
  • Shipping: All subscription boxes ship in a monthly batch around the 2nd week of each month.
  • Design Protection: All aircraft designs, vintage-style art, and logos are proprietary. Use of our designs for resale or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

1. OVERVIEW & SHOPIFY TERMS

This website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and subscriptions to you. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN PROTECTION

2.1 Ownership All content included on this site and within our subscription products—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, aircraft illustrations, t-shirt designs, sticker artwork, and images—is the exclusive property of AvGeekBox or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 Prohibited Use of Designs You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any of our original aviation designs or logos for personal or commercial gain.
  • Using our designs to create your own merchandise for resale.
  • Modifying or "remixing" our artwork for use in other digital or physical products. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.

3. ELIGIBILITY & CONDUCT

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

4. TERMS OF SALE & SUBSCRIPTIONS

4.1 Subscriptions AvGeekBox sells products through recurring subscription plans. These are for personal, non-commercial use only. 4.2 Billing Cycles

  • Initial Charge: Charged immediately upon signup.
  • Recurring Charges: All subsequent payments are drafted on the 1st of each month. 4.3 Pricing Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

5.1 Automatic Renewal Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. 5.2 Cancellation Deadline To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel via your Account Page at least one full business day prior to the 1st of the month. 5.3 Refunds Once a payment is processed on the 1st, it enters our fulfillment batch and cannot be refunded. Cancellations made after the 1st will apply to the following month’s cycle.

6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We ship in monthly batches around the 2nd week of each month. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or "porch piracy" once a package is marked as delivered.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8. ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State (TX) in which AvGeekBox is registered.
