Refund policy

At AvGeekBox, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your aviation gear. Please review our policies regarding renewals, returns, and damaged items below.
1. Subscription Sales
All subscription box sales are final. To maintain the surprise nature of our service and our batch fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or exchanges on monthly subscription boxes.
2. Billing & Renewals
- Recurring Billing: All subscription renewals occur on the 1st of each month.
- Finality of Payment: Once a payment is processed on the 1st, the order is locked for fulfillment and cannot be refunded or canceled for that month.
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, you must cancel at least one business day prior to the 1st.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If an item in your box arrives damaged or is missing, we will fix it.
- Notification: Please contact us at [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Requirements: Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- Resolution: We will send out a replacement for the damaged or missing item at no additional cost to you, subject to inventory availability.
4. Apparel & Sizing
For our T-Shirt Club or boxes containing apparel, please ensure your size profile is correct in your account settings.
- We cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit if they match the size selected in your profile at the time of billing.
- You may update your size preference for future boxes at any time through your Customer Portal.
5. Non-Subscription Purchases
For one-time items purchased individually from our shop (not part of a subscription):
- You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Issues
- Incorrect Address: AvGeekBox is not responsible for boxes delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is up to date before the 1st of the month.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
