Shipping policy
Thank you for flying with AvGeekBox! To keep our subscriptions affordable and efficient, we utilize a batch shipping model. Please review our schedule below to know when to expect your aviation gear.
1. The Shipping Schedule
We ship all subscription boxes in one monthly batch to ensure all members receive their gear around the same time.
- Batch Window: Subscription orders are processed and dispatched from our facility during the 2nd week of each month.
- One-Time Purchases: Individual items ordered from our shop typically ship within 3–5 business days.
2. Arrival Windows
Since we ship in batches during the 2nd week of the month, most members can expect their box to arrive within 5–10 business days after the batch has departed.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and seasonal carrier volume.
3. Shipping Notifications
While we do not provide individual tracking numbers for every shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once the monthly batch has officially departed our facility. This email lets you know your gear is in the air and heading your way!
4. Subscription Cutoff Dates
- New Subscribers: Join by the last day of the month to be included in the following month's shipment batch.
- Example: Join on January 31st? Your first box ships in the February batch.
5. Address Management
To ensure your box arrives at the correct hangar, please keep your address updated.
- Deadline: Address changes must be made in your Customer Portal at least one business day before the 1st of the month.
- Incorrect Addresses: AvGeekBox is not responsible for boxes delivered to an outdated or incorrect address provided at the time of billing.
6. Missing Shipments
If your box has not arrived by the last day of the month, please reach out to us. We will verify your shipment and ensure you get your gear.
