Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription from AvGeekBox, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

  • First Charge: Your first box is charged at the time of purchase.
  • Recurring Charges: All subsequent boxes will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month to the payment method on file.

2. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your AvGeekBox Account.
  2. Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section.
  3. Follow the prompts to cancel your active subscription.

3. Cancellation Deadlines

To avoid being charged for the next month's box, you must cancel your subscription at least one full business day before the 1st of the month.

  • Example: If you wish to cancel your February box, you must submit your cancellation no later than the last day of January.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, your payment for that month has already been processed. You will receive that month's scheduled box, and your cancellation will take effect for the following month.

4. No Refunds for Processed Renewals

All recurring charges processed on the 1st of the month are non-refundable. Because we move immediately into our batch fulfillment process, we cannot pull individual orders out of the shipment once the renewal has occurred.

5. Skip or Pause

Need a break? Instead of canceling, you can choose to skip a month or pause your subscription through your Customer Portal. Changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to the upcoming shipment.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined on the 1st, we will attempt to re-bill your card. If payment is not successful within our grace period, your subscription will be automatically paused, and you will not be included in that month’s shipping batch.
